Eight Years!

Has it really been that long?  Apparently, it has.  Well, now I'm here to tell you that I have a new design "business."  I mean is it a business?  Yes.  I guess it is.  Basically, I create and sell digital art for others to enjoy.  I also offer print on demand art (in case you don't want to worry about printing it yourself).  And for the designs that I do for fun or that are based on a tutorial/workshop, well, they have a special place also.  Where can you find all these amazing things?  At www.PsykoDesigns.com!  I am quite proud of it.  Well, there you go then.  My newest project.  Yes.  That is what we shall call it.  A project.

This is the part where I would normally say that I am going to update the design here but my job keeps me quite busy.  And any free time I have is dedicated to my family and Psyko Designs.  So... I won't make any promises.  But I shall try.  Okay.  That is all.

Name Change?

I am starting to do print design - starting off with business cards. I was thinking of just going into print design in general while I still refine my skills in web design. While considering this I realized that my "name" is Pinky's Pages which infers that I design websites which, as you now know, is not the case. So that got me thinking of other possible names. The whole purpose of Pinky's Pages was the "Pinky's" part of it. My daughter was given the nickname Pinky by my mom and we have all referred to her as Pinky at one point or another. Keeping Pinky in the name is, therefore, important to me. So the name I was thinking about is Pinky Designs. With this name I will be able to offer just print design while at a later time taking on web design. Any thoughts? I would love to hear them. As long as they are not off topic or rude.

Under The Sea Collection

Well, I finally finished them! This collection only contains four backgrounds because I'm testing the waters to see what the response is to these new themed backgrounds. Please let me know what your thoughts are!

New Collection Coming Soon

I am almost finished with my Under The Sea Collection. I've incorporated a bit of photo manipulation with the backgrounds so, once posted, please let me know what you think and what you would like to see. Thank you!

Welcome to Pinky's Pages!

Last month I mentioned that we would be going through a few changes. Well just in case you missed it Creative Muse Designs has become Pinky's Pages! As for the image hosting, I will be leaving the backgrounds I currently have where they are and all new backgrounds will be hosted on a different server. I am sad to say that The Paper Studio has not replied to my request to create a background collection based off of their So-So-Sweet collection. To play it safe I will not be creating this collection of backgrounds. That's ok because I have so many things floating around in my mind it's hard to figure out where to start. I will have a new collection up within the next couple of weeks. It would be sooner but I still have a family to take care of and school work to do ;-) Oh and I am still working on that "fun little project" I talked about before. Hopefully I will have more information on it by August.
